Pearson Expands State Reporting Capabilities for PowerSchool Premier in Arizona

In Arizona, Joint Technological Education Districts (JTEDs), act as "cooperatives" for public school districts to cost effectively deliver specialized vocational, and career and technical education course offerings for students to attain sufficient skills to enter into occupations that normally do not require a baccalaureate or advanced degree. Pearson has added JTED functionality to PowerSchool Premier so Arizona schools can use the system to report on JTED students. These updates include:

•    JTED Student Information Reports - the report exports JTED related information for students, courses, and teachers for submission to the JTED.

•    JTED Attendance Reports - this report allows users to collect and report JTED Student absence information for the state.

•    JTED Attendance Audit Paper Reports - this is an HTML paper report that users can provide to the JTED district for audit purposes.

•    SAIS Attendance - Attendance for a reported JTED class is now excluded from SAIS reporting.
